Campaign analytics

Open any campaign and click the Analytics tab.

Top-line metrics

Five stat tiles:

  • Enrolled — leads who entered the campaign at least once.
  • Active — leads currently in flight (somewhere between step 1 and end / replied).
  • Acceptance rate — accepted invites / sent invites.
  • Reply rate — replies / outbound messages.
  • Completion rate — leads who reached the final step (excluding those who replied earlier and exited).

All metrics are scoped to this campaign and respect a date filter at the top of the tab.

Funnel

A horizontal funnel shows lead count at each step:

Enrolled → Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3 → Replied → Completed

Drop-off between any two steps tells you which step is your bottleneck:

  • Big drop after Connection request → low acceptance rate. Open the Variants tab to test better opener notes, or fix targeting (your ICP may be too cold).
  • Big drop after Send message #1 → opener isn’t landing. Try variants with different angles (story / specific praise / direct ask).
  • Healthy through final step but few replies → message #3 (your last touch) is too soft. Try a more direct CTA.

Per-step breakdown

Below the funnel: a table with one row per step, columns:

ColumnWhat
SentNumber of action attempts (success or skip)
SkippedLeads who couldn’t be sent to (no email, not connected, etc.)
FailedLinkedIn rejected the action (rate limit, restriction)
Reply rateReply rate downstream of this step (cumulative)
Avg time to next stepWait + spread + time-to-event for that step

Click any row to drill into the lead-level list for that step.

Lead-level activity

The campaign’s Activity tab is a chronological log of every event across every lead × step. Filterable by:

  • Lead name
  • Step
  • Outcome (sent / skipped / failed / replied)
  • Date range

Use it to debug specific leads (“Why didn’t John get message #2?”) and to spot patterns (a particular industry skipping a step en masse).

Variants performance

Covered in A/B variants. The Variants tab on each campaign shows reply / acceptance rate per variant after the 50-sends-per-variant threshold.

Date filtering

The top-of-tab date picker filters everything except the funnel total counts (which always show all-time). Common views:

  • Last 7 days — debugging current-week behavior.
  • Last 30 days — comparable to dashboard headline.
  • All time — funnel shape and step performance.

Exporting

Each tab has an Export CSV button (top-right):

  • Top-line: one row, current values.
  • Per-step: one row per step.
  • Activity: one row per event, filterable date range applies.

Useful for stitching Outpilot data into your own analytics pipeline or sending to a stakeholder who doesn’t use the product.

What you won’t see here

Cross-campaign aggregates live on the Dashboard, not here. Campaign analytics are deliberately scoped to this single campaign so you can read them without team context.
