Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you land on. It’s optimized to answer one question: what needs my attention right now?
Top stats
Five tiles across the top:
- Active campaigns — how many campaigns are currently set to Active.
- Connected accounts — LinkedIn accounts in
Connectedstate. - Sent today — total actions (invites + messages + views) sent across all your accounts today.
- Reply rate (7d) — replies / outbound messages, last 7 days.
- Acceptance rate (7d) — accepted invites / sent invites, last 7 days.
Tile colour reflects status: green (healthy), amber (degrading), red (needs action). Click any tile to drill into the underlying data.
Things to do
A scrollable feed of actionable items, ordered by urgency:
- 🔴 Account requires reconnect — a LinkedIn session expired.
- 🟠 Campaign hit error — a campaign action failed and will retry. Click for the error detail.
- 🟠 Limit close to cap — you’re at >85% of today’s daily limit on some action; further sends will queue for tomorrow.
- 🟡 Reply waiting >24h — an inbound DM has been unread for >24h.
- 🟡 Lead list low — a campaign’s lead list has < 20 unenrolled leads remaining.
Items dismiss when the underlying issue is fixed.

The bottom half is a live feed of the last 50 actions across all your campaigns and accounts:

- Message sent / replied
- Profile viewed
- Lead enrolled / unenrolled
- Campaign paused / resumed
Each row links to its campaign, lead, or conversation.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my reply rate showing 0% when I’m getting replies?
The reply rate uses outbound messages from Outpilot as the denominator. If you’re replying to inbounds without first sending an outreach, that won’t count. Also: replies on threads where Outpilot sent the original outreach DO count, regardless of whether you or the auto-reply sent the most recent turn.
Where do I see per-campaign analytics?
Open the campaign and look at the Analytics tab. The dashboard shows aggregates; campaign analytics show per-step funnels, A/B performance, and lead-level breakdowns.
